Quiet time from 10:00 p.m.
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property that he rented as well as for any item belonging to the condominium. The same is applicable to other residents and visitors.
The host and all occupants of the apartment and visitors have to comply with the condo regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for noncompliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the host.
Visitors: There are condominiums that do not allow visitors to enter. Please contact us before making any reservation where visitors are expected, so we can make a more suitable property available.
Reserves based on the monthly rental value do not include the consumption of electricity and gas. The host must pay the bills equivalent to the period of his stay at the time of check-out or, if the rent exceeds 30 days, after each month.
Pets are allowed with small size, but we request that you be advised in advance.
Garbage should be thrown in the appropriate place and not allowed to be stored in hallways and common building entrances. Inquire about the place.
Service elevators are unique for people without shirts or bikinis. The use of social lifts under these conditions is not permitted.

Ubicación del departamento excelente! Check in a primera hora de la mañana (llegamos a las 10 hs.) Y para el check out nos dieron otro departamento para poder irnos a las 18 hs.

Única coisa é que no ap...1101 o vaso sanitario da suíte está meio solto.!!

Vou recomendar para amigos e familiares para quando vierem no Rio, ficarem nesses apartamentos da Rua Almirante Gonçalves
Excelente localização, perto da praia, de restaurante, farmácia, supermercado, bancos.
Internet estava muito lenta.

No geral a estadia foi mto boa.
Atendimento dos responsáveis pela reserva, proximidade da praia, restaurantes.
Falta de simpatia/cortesia de alguns porteiros, principalmente do porteiro presente na manhã do nosso check in no dia 20/08.
