Excellent ground-floor Garden-style apartment in the heart of Ipanema. The apartment has just been completely renovated and features an excellent and spacious living room, integrated kitchen, and a Garden-style veranda with a heated pool. Ideal for relaxing or entertaining children. There are three bedrooms in total, all with split inverter air conditioning; the master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a comfortable double bed.


All areas of the property will be available and freely accessible to guests.

A acomodação é excelente. O apartamento é muito aconchegante e bem grande. Bem equipado. Acesso tranquilo. O único ponto que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza. Caso esse problema seja superado, recomendo fortemente a hospedagem e inclusive, caso me hospede novamente em Ipanema, ficarei lá.

We are happy we stayed at Felipe's place. Early check-in was possible and very helpful since we arrived by bus in the morning. The appartement was exactly as depicted on the photos. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi. Felipe was friendly, always reachable and responsive. The apartment is located in the heart of Ipanema, in a safe neighborhood and close to the metro. The beach and Lagoa can be reached in just some minutes on foot. Highly recommend staying here!

Ótimo apartamento, tem um espaço até maior que as fotos aparentam. Super bem localizado em Ipanema, muita opção de comer e sair por perto. Voltarei mais vezes.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca del metro y de una hermosa zona de restaurantes. Es un gran departamento cómodo para una familia en un entorno muy pintoresco y con diseño. Lo único malo que los artículos de cocina no estaban del todo limpios, se notaba suciedad vieja y las sábanas tenían un poco de olor a humedad.

Lindo, pero a qué costo?

Ubicación y decoración. Buena comunicación con la persona que te recibe.

Los dormitorios no tenían ventanas de vidrio, solo tapas de madera, por lo que se escucha toda la noche el ruido de la calle, que es muy concurrida. No logré descansar durante mi estancia por esta razón, tal era el ruido que fue necesario comprar tapones de oído. Además la cocina no estaba full equipada, no había con qué hervir agua para prepararse un café. Apenas de eso, el lugar era bastante acogedor, aunque faltaban algunas mantenciones como la tapa del baño que estaba rota, los marcos de las puertas que se salían,
